I'm Jenny J.

 

For years, I jumped from fitness program to fitness program, trying to figure out how to get rid of stubborn body fat that crept up over the years. I'd workout 2+ hours a day until pure exhaustion but have nothing to show for it.

Now, as a Certified Fitness Trainer and Sustainable Weight Loss Coach, it's my mission to help women become their fittest and strongest selves without extreme dieting or hours of cardio.
