I started to change my mindset about fitness and health.

Instead of looking to fitness as a way erase all of my flaws, I started to workout because it made me feel stronger, fitter, and happier.

Instead of looking to food as a way to cope with my feelings or pass the time, I started to look at food as a way to give me energy, make me feel good, and perform my best!

As I began to shift my entire mindset, I started sharing this inspiration with everyone I could. Not only did I start becoming more confident, but I naturally started to see my body transform as a result of living a more healthy, active lifestyle.

Throughout the last 6 years, I became an Online Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.

My goal is to help women just like you who deal with self-limiting beliefs about your body, your worthiness, and your confidence.
