Hi, I’m Jenny J!

When I first started my health journey, I thought I had to give up sugar, carbs, and all my guilty pleasures in order to lose weight and reach my goals. I struggled hard trying to resist my cravings so I got creative. Instead of trying to deprive myself of the foods I loved, I learned how to swap the “bad stuff” for healthier ingredients without sacrificing taste or flavor!

Now as a 10+ year fitness expert and nutrition coach, my goal is to help women satisfy their cravings (guilt-free) without it impacting their health goals.
