Instructions: Perform each move for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest. Perform a Tabata circuit of one move for a total of 2 minutes. Then, move on to the next move. Good luck!

  1. High Knees
  2. Squat Touch Out and In
  3. Split Lunge Plyo Jumps - right
  4. Split Lunge Plyo Jumps - left
  5. Spider Crawl Push-ups
