I’m going to be painfully truthful with you….

How you feel about your body will not change when you reach your goal.

Read that again.

So often I see women literally kill themselves to attain a certain number on the scale only to realize they still feel miserable, insecure, and HUNGRY when they’ve finally reached their goal weight.

Confidence and happiness does NOT come from hitting a certain body fat percentage.

Confidence is an ENERGY from within. It’s a MINDSET. It’s a FEELING. And it’s something that can be had NOW.

Don’t delay your happiness for when you hit that “after” photo. There is no end destination hun.

THE DOING IS THE DESTINATION.

So please do me a favor and give your body some love.

Treat it with respect.

Nourish it with good foods.

Sweat out the toxins.

Rest and get adequate amounts of sleep.

Hydrate.

And BE KIND to yourself.
