Healthy Bedtime Habits For Weight Loss

Hey guys! I have been doing 3 healthy bedtime habits that I know will help you if you start implementing it into your nightly regimen so that you can lose weight tomorrow.



#1 is to Stop eating at least 3 - 4 hours before bed



The reason why is because it takes time for our body to digest all that food and make sure that it has been processed.

If we eat too soon before bed our body does not have the ability to digest it all so what happens is that it stores as extra fat in your body and that's not what we want.

So make sure that you stop eating at least 3 to 4 hours before bedtime.



#2 is to Drink herbal tea


There are so many amazing natural teas out there that are so good, so filled with antioxidants and nutrients that will help you digest your food and make sure that you feel full for the rest of the night.

Because sometimes eating 3 to 4 hours before bed, you still feel maybe a little hungry after your meal. And if so, drinking an herbal tea will help you satiate that hunger and make you feel amazing after a day's worth of eating.

I love decaffeinated green tea, I love yogi tea specifically all of their flavors are awesome. Just a big tip for you is to make sure you avoid those sweetened teas, with added sugars, sweeteners and fillers.


#3 is to Limit your carb intake

When we eat carbs, it’s our body's number 1 primary source of fuel. So we wanna use that fuel for our workout and for our day to day activities.

When we eat a hard card meal at night , we tend to store all of those carbs, all of that energy as fat because we have no way to expend the energy because we're getting ready for bed.

So try to eat most of your carbs in the morning and during the day and limit your carb intake at night. Stick to mainly protein and veggies for your night time meal.

Those are my 3 tips on how to create healthy bedtime habits to help you lose weight tomorrow.
