How to Get ENERGY to Workout

Too tired to get a workout in? Here are some simple ways to muster up energy for your next sweat session.

  1. Blast motivating fun music: there’s nothing better than rocking out to your favorite tunes! Feel free to follow me on Spotify for some workout playlists!
  2. Get it done first thing in the AM (or when energy is the highest): Leaving your workout for the end of a busy day is probably not the best idea. When you workout in the morning, you get a natural buzz of energy all day!
  3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep: You need to prioritize rest. It’ll help you increase energy, focus, and productivity. Studies show that chronic sleep deprivation also impacts your ability to lose weight, so get those ZZZ’s!
