WHAT IS IT?
The Spring Slimdown Challenge is a 4-week program following a Monday thru Friday workout calendar. You’ll get 3 days of strength-focused workouts for muscle toning and 2 days of cardio-focused workouts for calorie/fat burn.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This challenge is for beginner to intermediate athletes who are looking to get strong as well as shed down stubborn body fat. It’s perfect for those who are short on time and need a quick and effective at-home workout. All you need is a mat and set of light, moderate, and/or heavy dumbbells.
HOW IT WORKS:
You’ll get a 4-week ready-made workout calendar following my Youtube workouts. Each workout is only 30 minutes which means you can get it in no matter how busy your schedule is! Plus, you’ll get a free social media sweaty selfie tracker to show your progress on social media!
